Home Blood Draw Services

V.A.M.P. provides professional in-home phlebotomy services for individuals requiring blood work for medication monitoring or disease management.

A Certified Phlebotomist or Lab Technician will come to your home, collect the required specimen, and deliver it to your preferred local laboratory.

A doctor’s order is required to begin service.

How to Use Our Service

    Submit your:

    • Insurance & Payment Information
  2. Upload a Doctor’s Order
    • Ask your physician to send us the order
    • Or upload the prescription/order directly through our website
  3. Schedule Your Appointment
    Once the order is received, a certified phlebotomist will contact you to set up your home visit.
  4. We Come to You
    Your specimen will be collected in the comfort of your home.
  5. Laboratory Testing
    Your sample is safely transported to the lab for processing.
  6. Results
    Lab results will be sent directly and securely to your physician.

Payment for the blood draw is required at the time of booking. Lab testing fees will be billed separately by the laboratory and may be covered by your insurance.
